We make reasonable efforts to process and deliver confirmed orders safely and within the agreed timeline.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after final order confirmation and completion of applicable order formalities.
Standard products are generally processed according to product availability and the agreed order timeline.
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing or manufacturing time depending on product specifications and project requirements.
Customers may be contacted to confirm product specifications, quantity, delivery location and other order details before processing.
Orders are processed on applicable business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to provide fast and timely delivery for confirmed orders.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, quantity, customization, availability, destination and transportation requirements.
Delivery or dispatch details will be communicated to the customer wherever applicable.
Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact information to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.
Delivery arrangements for large, customized or project-based products may require additional coordination with the customer.
Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are free for eligible orders, subject to the applicable product, order and delivery requirements.

Any exceptional transportation or logistics requirement that falls outside the standard delivery arrangement will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Important: Delivery timelines may be affected by transportation delays, weather conditions, road conditions, site accessibility, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Return & Replacement Policy

Kian Container And Prefab Solutions accepts eligible product replacement requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The 7-day replacement policy applies to products that are received damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, subject to verification and the conditions mentioned below.

Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement, the customer should:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide the order, invoice or other applicable purchase details.
Provide clear photographs or videos showing the reported issue where requested.
Keep the product available for inspection or verification where required.
Ensure that the issue is not caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence or unauthorized modification.

Every replacement request will be reviewed before a replacement is approved.

Products Not Eligible for Replacement

The following may not qualify for replacement:

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper handling.
Products damaged due to unauthorized modification or alteration.
Products damaged due to improper installation where installation was not provided by Kian.
Products that have been used or altered in a manner that caused the reported issue.
Products reported after the 7-day replacement period.
Customized or made-to-order products where the supplied product matches the specifications confirmed by the customer.

Customized products may be reviewed separately if the product received is defective, damaged or materially different from the confirmed specifications.

Return / Replacement Shipping Charges

For an approved replacement due to a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product, Kian Container And Prefab Solutions will coordinate the applicable replacement arrangement.

For other return requests, the applicable return and transportation conditions will depend on the product and order.

Refund Policy

The primary resolution for eligible product issues covered under this policy is replacement.

If a refund is approved for a particular order, the applicable refund terms will be communicated to the customer.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the applicable original payment method, where possible.
The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.
Refund eligibility may depend on the product, order terms, nature of the issue and applicable commercial conditions.
How to Request a Replacement
Contact our team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, invoice details or other purchase information.
Explain the issue clearly.
Share photographs or videos of the product where requested.
Follow the instructions provided by our team for inspection or return, if required.
After verification and approval, the replacement process will be initiated.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible after placing an order.
Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing, processing or dispatch begins, subject to applicable order terms.
Cancellation of customized or made-to-order products may not be possible once manufacturing or preparation has started.
Any applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated based on the order status and product requirements.
Important Information for Customized Products

Some Kian Container products may be supplied according to specific customer requirements, including dimensions, configuration, quantity or application.

Customers should carefully review and confirm the required specifications before order confirmation.

Once customized manufacturing or preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible unless agreed by Kian Container And Prefab Solutions.
